# Add a marketing/posting location to a requirement

POST https://app.brightmove.com/ATS/api/v1/requirements/{guid}/locations
Content-Type: application/json

Adds an additional location this requirement should be posted/marketed to, beyond its primary work location.

## Authentication

- `Authorization` header (bearer token, required) — BrightMove OAuth2 client_credentials - use the client_id/client_secret from User > API Keys (or an admin-managed client).

## Request

### Path parameters

- `guid` (string, required) — Stable public identifier of the requirement

### Body (application/json)

This endpoint expects a RequirementLocationCreateRequest.

- `city` (string, required) — City for this location.
- `stateId` (long, required) — Numeric id of the state for this location. Valid values from GET /api/v1/lookup/states.
- `postalCode` (string, optional) — Postal (ZIP) code for this location. Omit for none.
